Worship in song and word is very important here at Waushara Community Church. We want to praise and worship him with everything we have. We love the arts and demonstrate this through the different ways we worship God. We have bands that lead most Sunday mornings. We have special music that we like to integrate quarterly, and we have a choir that will sing mostly at the holiday’s.
Probably the most common way to participate on the Worship Team at WCC is on Sunday mornings. There are many jobs that are vitally important on Sunday’s that lead people in worshipping God freely and confidently. You can sing, play an instrument, run sound, run slides, be a greeter, work at the welcome desk, help plan decorations, or help with the building of sets. When in season we’d like to have theatrical presentations where we’ll need writers, directors, actors, singers, dancers, set designers, costumers, and more! And during the holiday’s we need people to sing in our choir and well as our seasonal brass group. Click one of the buttons below to contact Aaron to get involved!
Christmas is a very important time of the year where we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It’s a time honored tradition to have choirs at the holiday’s, so we’d like to continue that tradition. The Choir will start rehearsal in mid-October. If you’d like to be involved please contact Aaron.
Hearing BRASS in the entrance way and on stage is one of my favorite sounds during the holiday’s. If we get enough interest, we’d love to have a team of brass serenading the most classic of Christmas tunes both in the entrance of the church and on stage with the band. If you’d like to be involved with brass for Christmas, please contact Aaron.
We are always looking for talented individuals who love the Lord and want to lead people in Praise and Worship. There are many different areas to get involved in. We are looking for talented vocalist, instrumentalist, sound engineers, and people who can help run the slides for Sunday services. If you feel called to lead in one of those areas, please contact Aaron to see how to get inovlved.
